The Rhode Island Firearms Owners’ League Civil Defense Fund (RIFOL-CDF) intends to assist law abiding citizens with their Right to Keep and Bear Arms through education and outreach programs. However, in some cases this is not enough and it will be up to the courts to set ensure that the Rhode Island laws and constitution is upheld. Unfortunately, the cost of litigating in court can in many cases be prohibitively expense for most people. However, if everyone is able to make a small donation we can help a few directly while at the same time set a legal precedent.
We intend to have a few fundraisers during the year, but the easiest way is to make an online donation through PayPal or Venmo. RIFOL-CDF is a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible.
Finally, RIFOL-CDF does not engage in political activity so there are no limitations on donations amounts nor who donates. Business and individual donations are welcome.
