DESCRIPTION:This event will be held outside on the Smith Street side of the Statehouse building.\nParking is available on the street\, in the Providence Place Mall parking lot and state employee parking lot (after 4pm). \nBecause this is outside there are no size limits on signs. We encourage everyone to bring signs\, use facts to defend ourselves from the lies. \nAs always\, please be courteous and respectful so we do not feed into the gun grabbers and media agenda. \nLadies and kids…we need you!  The gun grabbers keep using women and children to push their agenda\, exploiting them as victims…. \nRefuse to be a victim! Stand up for your rights! \nPlease call\, email\, and share this event to every firearm owner you know.  This is our one chance to stop this egregious attack on our gun rights! \nDo not let the gun grabbers win based on lies\, distorted data and backroom deals!

SUMMARY:Defensive Carbine I (Spartan)
DESCRIPTION:The AR15/M4 Carbine is much more than just a rifle\, it has become an American icon and symbol of freedom. When utilized properly\, the system is one of the most effective defensive firearms ever created. Its low recoil\, ease of operation and ability to be modified\, make it ideal for all stature of shooters.  Our instructors have decades of experience in not only deploying this weapon system in tactical and SWAT situations but also in actual combat environments.  We have trained law enforcement officers and military members in the effective deployment of the rifle/carbine. This class is designed to give you the basics of the modern manual of arms for the AR15/M4 weapons platform. \nTerms and Conditions: \n1. I understand that payment must be paid in full before the start of a course in order to secure my seat in the course. \n2. I understand that if my performance disrupts others or puts others in danger\, I will be removed from the course and forfeit my registration fee. \n3. I will provide Spartan International Consulting Group with any other relevant information requested from me before the start of the course.  If I do not provide the requested information\, Spartan International Consulting Group has the right to cancel my registration and hold a portion of my registration fee that is deemed appropriate. \n4. I have no criminal history\, mental illness\, substance abuse\, or any other conditions which\, by law\, prohibit me from owning or using a firearm or affect my performance during the training course. \nCANCELLATION POLICY: When one signs up for a class\, and cannot attend\, one is given credit for up to one year from the original class date as long as one notifies Spartan International at least ONE WEEK in advance of the class. Those who have not given at least ONE WEEK of notice or do not show up at the class will lose credit and have to purhcase the class all over again at full original price.
