Rhode Island Firearms Owners League Civil Defense Fund (RIFOL-CDF) was founded on September 16th, 2019, to promote lawful gun ownership and to protect the right to keep and bear arms.
Although both the Rhode Island Firearms Act and and the Rhode Island Constitution have strong protections for law abiding gun owners; these rights are in some cases violated by local and State officials. RIFOL-CDF is a non-profit organization and the funds generated through donations and fundraising will be used to educate the public on the Rhode Island gun laws as well to litigate if our statutory and Constitutional rights to keep and bear arms has been violated.
Section 22 of the Rhode Island Constitution clearly states “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed.” Please join us to preserve and enforce this right by making a donation.
